Just dropping ya a very quick happy and health new year. I'll go into more detail later, but real quick, thanks to your program I am ending 2004 and beginning 2005 as such- I left the commercial health club world to focus on Functionally Innovative Training- In 3 months of doing so, I acquired Optizones, probably the most well known metabolic testing and installation company. Acquiring them, Functionally Innovative Training now Vo2 and RMR tests the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, will work with the Miami Heat as well as do allot of work with Athletes Performance Institute in Arizona.

We also pick up the retail side of their business selling Woodway, Korr Metabolic Testing Equipment, Sci-Fit, and Compex. We are working on exclusive packages where we go into startup training facilities, train their trainers and equip them using the Functionally Innovative Training Method.

Also, of course we have our own testing and training clients. We landed a deal with a couple of training facilities in Trinidad and we will be using this template in their clubs starting in March. Also, we putting on the finishing touch to signing a deal with Asphalt Green to run their Human Performance Center. Asphalt Green is a 135,000 sq foot campus dedicated to fitness and health and wants to have a performance center that rivals Athlete's Performance in Tempe Arizona and Functionally Innovative Training has been brought in to run it!

"I bought The Ultimate Publicity Kit about 6 months ago. Since learning the tactics from the CDs here is what has been 'going on':

1) I landed a full page feature article with photo in a regional magazine for middle age cosmopolitan type women. The feature will focus on me as a local fitness expert who created the DVDs, The Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover for busy women, etc. etc. They will also mention out training studio. This is priceless because you can't by your way into this one as it is chosen by the editors. Oh yeah, and they will be mentioning our training studio and the services we offer. This guide comes out the week before Thanksgiving. YEAH BABY!

3) I am featured in the current issue of ClubLife Magazines 'ask the expert' column talking about cellulite. The article is followed by my bio & website,etc. (A real pro warmed this spot up for me in the last issue - Alwyn Cosgrove) The magazine already has me on schedule to write 2 key articles for 2006. The articles fetch anywhere from $50 to $400 not to mention the priceless promo value of being a published expert & free advertising for my DVDs.

4) I have been asked to be a regular contributing writer for OnFitness Magazine. I have 2 articles in the current issue. One of them is immediately after an article written by one of my childhood idols, Frank Zane - 3x Mr. Olympia. I think it's going to be a little easier for me to approach him about writing the forward to my book "Superior Fitness for Smart People" -Secrets of a Personal Trainer.

At first glance the kit 'seemed' expensive, Jim. But looking at what I've learned and the doors it has opened for me, IT'S TOO CHEAP!

"Just a little history here...6 months ago my husband was a personal trainer at a health club. We had talked on and off about having our own business. Someday. "Jim, your information is always head and shoulders above the others, whether it's free via the newsletter or contained in one of your products.

The short little tidbits of free information that you share through your newsletter are superior to the efforts of others who have full-length articles in trade magazines. Such pieces sometimes remind me of 6th grade book reports.

In this industry there are a lot of leeches who produce and sell really crappy training products and others whose customer service personnel can't answer repeated email inquiries after they have your hard-earned money.
